The mission of Fly.te Performance is to be a reliable resource for sport performance improvement, sustained sport performance and College Recruitment Services.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to provide each client with knowledgeable information and action steps specific to their needs. We do this to ensure that our student athletes and family have clarity on the recruitment process and how each individual athlete’s performance affects their value to each institution.

After 12 seasons of coaching collegiate athletes, I noticed a disparaging gap between what parents understood about the recruiting process and where they got their information from. On a year to year basis, student athlete's enter the transfer portal after discovering that the athletic program they made a decision on was not the best fit for them and their dreams. I became passionate about providing families with clarity, so they could make a well-informed decision before signing the National Letter of Intent. Doing this has provided families with more context into what NCAA programs are looking for, what it will cost you and your family and if the experience is what you are looking for. Being able to give back has always been a dream of mine and it is my hope that this platform provides you with all the help you need for your future endeavors.
